  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 10 Tbsp. instant coffee (or 8 Tbsp. freeze-dried coffee)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pt. vodka

Directions

    Put water, sugar and coffee in a pot; bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.

    Remove from heat and cool.

    When cooled, add vanilla and vodka.
