Homemade Lasagne

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 container Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz. cooked and drained lasagne noodles
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 30 oz. jar Ragu sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

    In a medium bowl, combine Ricotta, eggs, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese.

    Spread 1 cup of meat sauce into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Layer 1/4 of the lasagne, 1/3 of the Ricotta mixture and 1 cup meat sauce and repeat twice.

    Top with remaining ingredients.

    Top layer should be Mozzarella.

    Bake in a 375° oven for 35 minutes; uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.

    Let stand for 15 minutes.
