- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 tsp. peppermint or butter flavoring
- food color (optional; any color)
- 1 (1 lb.) box plus 1 c. powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix the cream cheese and flavoring together.

2Mix in sugar (use fork at first, then hands).

3Knead, adding more sugar if it is too sticky.

4Roll into balls about the size of a marble.

5Place on wax paper.

6Flatten with back of fork.

7Allow to harden before serving.
