  • 1 glass olive paste little of Black
  • puff pastry a roll of 275 g
  • 1 egg
  • 2 herbes Dried, provencal

Directions

    Cut the puff pastry in rectangles

    Beat the egg with a fork and paint it with a pastry brush allover your puff pastry rectangles

    Disperse some olive paste, peanuts on the puff pastry and sprinkle the herbs over all

    Bake for 18 min. in the preheated oven (200 C ) until golden brown
