Ingredients

  • 50 ml Yuzu juice (or lemon)
  • 50 ml Dashi soy sauce (or normal soy sauce)
  • 50 ml Mirin

Directions

    Microwave the mirin for a little bit more than 1 minute at 500 - 600 W and bring to a gentle boil (keep your eye on it so it won't boil over.)

    Add the dashi soy sauce and yuzu juice to Step 1, stir, and it's done.
