- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. very warm water
- 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Place yeast in 2 cups warm water.

2Melt butter; cream with sugar in large bowl.

3Add beaten eggs; add dissolved yeast to mixture.

4Add flour and stir until well mixed.

5Place in airtight bowl and keep in refrigerator.

6Drop by spoonfuls in greased muffin tins.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Can keep in refrigerator for a few days.

8Use as needed.
