Ingredients
- 5 3/4 to 6 3/4 c. bread flour
- 1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/3 c. butter, softened
- 2 c. warm water
Directions

1Mix 2 cups flour, milk, sugar, salt and yeast.

2Add butter. Gradually add warm water and beat 2 minutes at medium speed with mixer.

3Stir in enough flour to make a stiff dough.

4Turn out onto a lightly floured board and knead about 8 to 10 minutes.

5Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top.

6Cover and let rise in a warm place about 45 minutes.

7Punch down and allow to rise again 20 minutes.

8Divide dough in half and cut each into 10 pieces.

9Form into rolls and place on greased sheet.

10Cover and let rise 1 hour. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
