  • 2 whole Medium Tomatoes, Diced
  • 14- 1/2 ounces, weight Canned Petite Diced Tomatoes, Undrained
  • 1 cup White Onion, Diced
  • 1 whole Jalapeno, Diced
  • 1/2 cups Diced Bell Peppers (green, Red, Or Both)
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1- 1/4 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well-combined.

    Put the bowl into the refrigerator.

    Let salsa chill for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to combine.
