Ingredients

  • 12 large tomatoes, diced
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • 6 green peppers, chopped
  • 6 to 8 jalapenos, chopped
  • 2 to 4 hot peppers, chopped
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 6 to 8 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. chili pepper

    Clean your vegetables and chop up. Bring all ingredients to a boil in saucepot.

    Reduce to medium heat for 10 minutes.

    In a water bath kettle, process for 30 minutes.
