- 12 links raw sausage, removed from skin
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 12 cup butter, soft
- 1 (4 ounce) can chicken broth
- 12 cup water
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 14 teaspoon chives
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon basil
- 12 teaspoon thyme
- turkey liver
- turkey giblets, chopped with liver, will look like a paste
Directions

1Simmer celery, onion, spices, butter, broth and water over med-high heat.

2Let cool.

3With clean hands, mix sausage bread crumbs, liver & giblets.

4Add skillet contents to bowl.

5Mix well with hands.

6Stuff in and around turkey.

7*If omitting celery and onion, simmer just broth and spices*.
