- 1 large can chunk pineapple
- 1 large can sliced peaches
- 1 (8 oz.) jar maraschino cherries
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. oleo or butter
- 1 tsp. curry powder
Directions

1Butter 8 x 12-inch pan.

2Add fruit.

3Mix curry powder with brown sugar and sprinkle over fruit.

4Bake for 1 hour at 325°.

5The last 15 minutes sprinkle with slivered almonds.

6Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of tapioca to thicken.
