- 1 lb. spaghetti noodles
- 1/4 lb. Prosciutto ham
- 8 oz. heavy whipping cream, at room temperature
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Locatelli cheese
- 2 tsp. parsley
Directions

1Cook the pasta al dente.

2Cut ham into small pieces; brown in frying pan with a small amount of olive oil.

3Make sure the heavy whipping cream and eggs are at room temperature.

4Beat eggs until smooth in a large mixing bowl.

5Mix all the ingredients together. Serve while hot.
