- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. GREY POUPON Hearty Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1 bone-in smoked ham hock (3-1/2 lb.)

1Heat oven to 325 degrees F.

2Mix dressing, honey and mustard.

3Place ham, fat-side up, in roasting pan.

4Lightly score ham diagonally; cover with foil.

5Bake 1 hour.

8Bake, uncovered, 1 hour or until heated through (145 degrees F), brushing with remaining dressing mixture every 20 min.
