  • 9 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • nutmeg
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1/2 lemon, grated and juiced
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla (optional)

Directions

    Cream cheese; combine honey, eggs, lemon, salt and milk.

    Add to cheese a little at a time; blend.

    Pour into unbaked pastry shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.

    Bake at 450° for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325° and bake for 30 minutes.

    Chill before serving. Makes 1 pie.
