  • 3 c. Quaker corn bran cereal
  • 1 c. Quaker oats (uncooked)
  • 1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. raisins

Directions

    Combine the corn bran cereal, oats, nuts, cinnamon and salt in large bowl.

    Combine margarine, honey and brown sugar in pan; cook over low heat until well blended.

    Pour over cereal mixture. Spread on 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.

    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 325° until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

    Spread onto waxed paper.

    Stir in the raisins.

    Cool.

    Store in tight container in cool, dry place.
