- 5 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. butter
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cans chow mein noodles
- 1 can mixed nuts
Directions

1Grease 9-inch square pan.

2Put butter, honey, brown sugar and cinnamon into 3-quart saucepan.

3Stir constantly; bring to a boil and boil 1 minute.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir in vanilla.

6Add noodles and stir.

7Add nuts.

8Put into square pan and press down. Let stand 1 hour before cutting.

9Cut into bars.
