- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 dash cinnamon (optional) or 1 dash nutmeg (optional)
Directions

1Heat honey and milk in double boiler.

2Beat eggs and salt until thick.

3Add hot milk to yolks and return to boiler to finish cooking.

4When mixture coats silver spoon, remove from heat.

5Add vanilla and spices if desired.

6Chill before serving.
