- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 c. sweet milk
- 1 c. flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c. grated sweet potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1 c. Angel Flake coconut (optional)
Directions

1Wash persimmons; press through colander and then mix all ingredients well.
