  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. honey
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon extract
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 c. cream
  • milk

Directions

    Beat eggs; add honey, lemon extract, vanilla and salt.

    Stir in cream; pour into 1 1/2 gallon freezer.

    Fill container with milk, leaving expansion room and freeze as usual.
