- 8 cup Cornflakes
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/3 cup Sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180?C.

2In a small saucepan melt the butter, sugar and honey until it starts to froth.

3In a large mixing bowl, tip in the 8 cups of cornflakes.

4Pour the melted mixture into the cornflakes and quickly mix evenly through the cornflakes before it begins to set.

5Place 20 cupcake cases, evenly spaced onto a flat oven tray.

6Using a spoon, fill the cases to the top.

7Place completed oven tray into the oven for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.

8Remove tray from the oven and place onto a wire cooling rack.

9Place the filled rack into the refrigerator for approximately 10 minutes allowing them to set.

10Time to enjoy and make sure to save some for the kids!
