Honey Lime Dressing

  • 2 Large Limes, Juiced
  • 1/2 cups Parsley Leaves, Packed
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey, Slightly Heaping
  • 1 clove Garlic, Peeled And Roughly Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt, Plus More To Taste
  • 6 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Water, Or More To Get The Consistency Right

Directions

    Add lime juice, parsley, honey, garlic and salt to a food processor. Pulse 10 times and then mix on high speed for 15 seconds. Scrape the bottom and sides of the processor with a rubber spatula. Mix on high for 15 seconds more. Scrape the bottom and sides again.

    With the processor on low speed, drizzle in olive oil in a slow, steady stream. Scrape the bottom and sides again. Mix 30 seconds more.

    Add the water a teaspoon or two at a time until you get the consistency you're looking for in your dressing. Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
