- 2 1/2 c. uncooked oats
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. shelled sunflower seeds or nuts
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. raisins, dates and/or apricots
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine all the ingredients except the raisins. Mix well.

3Bake ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 20 to 25 minutes.

4Stir occasionally.

5Stir in raisins.

6Spread onto ungreased sheet to cool.

7Store in dry place or better yet, refrigerate.
