Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. oats (uncooked)
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sunflower nuts or chopped nuts
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. unprocessed bran or wheat germ
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. raisins, chopped dried apricots or chopped dates
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Combine all ingredients, except raisins; mix well.

3Bake in lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Stir in raisins.

5Spread mixture onto ungreased cookie sheet; cool.

6Store in cool dry place or in refrigerator.

7Makes about 6 cups.
