- 4 large Vidalia onions
- 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 6 tsp. honey
- 6 tsp. margarine
Directions

1Peel and trim 4 large onions. Cut in half and place in a buttered baking dish, cut side up.

2In a separate bowl, mix tomato juice, 1 1/2 cups water, melted margarine and honey.

3Pour this sauce over onions.

4Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until soft.

5Makes 8 servings.
