Honey-Sesame Brittle

- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) good-flavored honey
- 1 1/2 cups (210 g) sesame seeds
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350F (175C).

2Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or a silicone baking mat.

3In a skillet, warm the honey.

4Remove from the heat and stir in the sesame seeds, coating them with the honey until theyre moist.

5Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.

6Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

7Break the Honey-Sesame Brittle into little pieces, then add them to 1 quart (1 liter) of ice cream in the machine during the last minute of churning.

8Use soon after its cooled, preferably within an hour or so.
