  • 6 medium bananas
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Directions

    Peel bananas, and brush with lemon juice. Sprinkle bananas with cinnamon.

    Melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; stir in honey. Add bananas, and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until bananas are thoroughly heated, turning once. Serve immediately.
