- 1 (28 oz.) can hominy, drained
- 2 c. cooked, diced hoot owl or chicken if desired
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- paprika
Directions

1Butter casserole dish.

2Place layer of hominy in bottom, then a layer of hoot owl.

3Continue layering until all hominy and hoot owl are gone.

4In a pan heat soup, milk, salt and pepper.

5Pour over casserole.

6Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

7Dot with margarine and paprika.

8Bake in 375° oven for 30 minutes.
