  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. Wochestershire
  • 1 medium. ham hock
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco

Directions

    Wash peas, cover with water and let soak over night.

    Drain, add seasonings, peas and cover with water.

    Cook 45 to 60 minute. Add more water if necessary to keep peas juicy.
