  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. chopped ham
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Saute ham, onion and hot sauce in oil.
