- 1/4 c. Crisco
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
- quick biscuits
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded American cheese
- 4 c. cubed turkey, cooked
Directions

1In saucepan, melt Crisco.

2Blend in flour and onion salt. Stir in soups and milk.

3Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Stir in cheese until melted.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir in turkey and vegetables.

6Turn into 2 casseroles.

7Cool quickly.

8Wrap and freeze.

9Place frozen casserole into heated oven.

10Bake covered at 425° for 1 hour.

11Stir occasionally last 20 minutes.

12Prepare quick biscuits.

13Place around edge of casserole.

14Bake uncovered 15 minutes or until brown.
