  • 1 (3 oz.) can black olives, sliced
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 3 (16 oz. each) cans sliced potatoes
  • 12 oz. roasted red peppers, cut up
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • generous dash parsley
