  • 1 lb. boiled shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 3 (8 oz. size) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 onion, chopped fine
  • 3 pieces celery, chopped fine
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of Louisiana hot sauce
  • approximately 1 pt. mayonnaise

Directions

    Soften cream cheese with lemon juice and sauces.

    Beat until smooth.

    Add onion, celery, mayonnaise and shrimp which has been chopped into 1/2 to 1-inch bits if large shrimp, or left whole if tiny shrimp.
