  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. dried beef, cut fine
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Thin the cheese with milk.

    Add next four ingredients and place in an 8-inch Pyrex pie plate.

    Brown pecans in butter and pour on top.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Serve hot with crackers (looks like a pie).
