- to taste sweet soy sauce
- to taste salt & pepper

1Put the leg in the water and add the crushed garlic, a little salt & pepper and cooked until the pork leg is quite tender.. then add sweet soy sauce and more salt & pepper.. forget not to taste and adjust :D
