  • 1 pork leg
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled & crushed with your knife
  • to taste sweet soy sauce
  • to taste salt & pepper

    Put the leg in the water and add the crushed garlic, a little salt & pepper and cooked until the pork leg is quite tender.. then add sweet soy sauce and more salt & pepper.. forget not to taste and adjust :D
