- 1 jar chipped beef
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 small can mushrooms
- chopped pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. Beau Monde powder (about)
- pumpernickel bread
Directions

1Rinse chipped beef in cold water and chop coarsely.

2Saute onion in butter.

3Add beef and saute 5 minutes.

4Add cream cheese and milk.

5Stir over low heat until cheese melts and combines with milk.

6Add grated cheese, mushrooms, pepper and Beau Monde.

7Mix all until hot.

8Serve with torn pumpernickel bread to dip.
