- 1 medium onion
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- handful of parsley
- 1 pkg. buttered beef, chopped
Directions

1Saute onion (chopped finely) in water and butter.

2Add flour, mushroom soup, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mushrooms, parsley and buttered beef.

3Pour into pie plate.

4Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and paprika on top.

5Bake until hot.

6Serve with crackers (suggest Town House).
