  • 16 Triscuit crackers, divided
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, Shredded
  • 13 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Directions

    PREHEAT oven to 350F Place 6 of the crackers on bottom of 1-1/2-quart casserole dish; set aside.

    MIX broccoli, mayo, cheese, almonds, pimientos and mustard.

    Spoon into casserole dish; stand remaining 10 crackers around outside edge of dish.

    BAKE 30 minutes or until heated through.
