- 16 Triscuit crackers, divided
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup swiss cheese, Shredded
- 13 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Directions

1PREHEAT oven to 350F Place 6 of the crackers on bottom of 1-1/2-quart casserole dish; set aside.

2MIX broccoli, mayo, cheese, almonds, pimientos and mustard.

3Spoon into casserole dish; stand remaining 10 crackers around outside edge of dish.

4BAKE 30 minutes or until heated through.
