- 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 pkg. chopped broccoli (frozen)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 6 to 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Directions

1Saute mushrooms in butter and garlic.

2Cook and drain broccoli. Add broccoli to mushrooms.

3Add soup.

4Add cheese.

5Stir well. Simmer on low heat until cheese is melted.

6Serve with fresh veggies or chips.

7Serve in a fondue pot or chafing dish.
