Ingredients
- 2 pkg. large mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pkg. thawed spinach, squeezed dry
- 1 small pkg. cream cheese
- 4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. margarine
Directions

1Chop mushroom stems and onion.

2In a large skillet, saute onion in oil until transparent.

3Add 1 package thawed chopped spinach and toss until blended.

4Add cream cheese.

5Melt and blend cheese thoroughly.

6After everything is blended, remove from heat and chop mushroom stems.

7Little by little add the four cups of bread crumbs until it all comes together like stuffing.

8With fingers, pick up enough of the stuffing mix to place into mushroom cap.

9It's okay if it is over the edge or piled high.

10Do not pack like you would stuffing in a bird.
