Hot Broccoli Dip

- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 c. dairy sour cream
- 2 envelopes beef-flavored mushroom soup mix
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- assorted crackers
Directions

1Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain, reserving liquid.

2Add water to liquid to make 1 cup.

3Place broccoli, broccoli liquid and sour cream in blender container. Cover; blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides once or twice.

4Pour into saucepan.

5Add soup mix, Worcestershire and garlic; heat through.

6Transfer to fondue pot; place over fondue burner.

7If desired, garnish with parsley and lemon.

8Serve with crackers.
