- 1/2 lb. melted butter (real)
- Tabasco sauce
- garlic seasoning
- 1 to 2 lb. peeled raw shrimp
- lemon juice (fresh)
- 1 large onion, peeled, sliced and separated
Directions

1Combine melted butter, Tabasco sauce and garlic seasoning. Place shrimp in bottom of broiler pan and squeeze lemon juice over them.

2Lay onion rings all over shrimp and then pour butter sauce over shrimp and onions.

3Broil on one side for a few minutes (not too close to heat) until tender, but not done.

4Turn with spatula once and broil other side for short time until nice and pink.
