Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked chicken breast (3 to 4)
  • 1 c. slivered almonds
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. Wheatsworth crackers, crushed
  • 4 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth (from breast)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Mix cracker crumbs and almonds to make 2 cups.

    Combine with rest of ingredients and put into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake uncovered about 45 minutes in 350° oven.

    This is wonderful served hot or cold on crackers, bread or as a spread for raw veggies. This serves more than six.
