  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. diced cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 c. sliced toasted almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 c. coarsely chopped celery
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except grated cheese and crushed potato chips.

    Toss together.

    Put into a flat 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Sprinkle with the grated Cheddar cheese and crushed potato chips.

    Bake at 400° for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
