  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 2 qt. home canned tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. hot Mexican chili powder
  • 1 medium to large onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown ground beef and onion.

    Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 to 6 hours.

    Stir occasionally.

    Add a little water, if too thick.
