- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams and juice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 lb. margarine
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1/2 green or red pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. parsley
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Directions

1Simmer clams and lemon juice for 15 minutes.

2Add 1/4 pound margarine; stir.

3Then mix in remainder of ingredients.

4Put mixture into small casserole dish and top with grated Parmesan or Romano cheese and paprika.

5Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or corn chips.
