- 4 cans minced clams (32 oz.)
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- seasoned bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Saute onion and parsley in oil; add garlic powder.

2Drain 2 cans clams; leave 2 with liquid.

3Mix in with onion.

4Slowly add 1 cup (more or less) of seasoned bread crumbs to reach desired consistency.

5Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and bake 1/2 hour in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
