Hot Clam Dip

- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 cans minced clams, drained
- 1/4 c. clam liquid
- 2 Tbsp. onion
- 2 Tbsp. beer
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 round loaf bread
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together (except bread) in bowl.

2Cut ring around top of loaf and remove bread inside, leaving about 1 inch around the loaf.

3Fill with dip mixture; replace the round top. Wrap in foil and bake at 250° for 3 hours.

4Break the bread into pieces and toast.

5Serve with dip, also raw vegetables.
