Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 cans minced clams, drained
  • 1/4 c. clam liquid
  • 2 Tbsp. onion
  • 2 Tbsp. beer
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 round loaf bread

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together (except bread) in bowl.

    Cut ring around top of loaf and remove bread inside, leaving about 1 inch around the loaf.

    Fill with dip mixture; replace the round top. Wrap in foil and bake at 250° for 3 hours.

    Break the bread into pieces and toast.

    Serve with dip, also raw vegetables.
