  • 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Drain the juice from 1 can clams (use it for another purpose).
  3. 3
    Melt the butter and add the drained clams, the other can of clams with juice, cracker crumbs, onion and lemon juice.

    Pour into a shallow baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.

    Serve immediately.
