- 3 cans chopped clams (and their liquid)
- 1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1/4 lb. butter, melted or oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- paprika on top (be generous)
Directions

1Combine all the above into the casserole you will be cooking and serving in.

2Can make this the day before and reheat when serving; the flavor is better.

3Bake at 325° to 350° for 1/2 hour, covered with foil. Remove foil and brown 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
