- 1 egg white, whipped stiff
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. flaked crab
- Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan cheese
- rounds or squares bread
- paprika
Directions

1Fold mayonnaise and crab into egg white.

2Season to taste with Worcestershire, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.

3Refrigerate. Toast bread.

4Just before serving, spread with crab mixture, then sprinkle with paprika.

5Broil for 2 or 3 minutes, until puffed and delicately browned; serve at once.
